Acre Security is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our Sales Engineering team. You will act as a trusted advisor for Acre's cloud, hybrid, and on-premise security solutions across Central Europe, designing secure, scalable solutions aligned with customer needs.

Lead technical engagements, conduct PoCs, develop architectures and BOMs, and support bids. You will train partners and represent Acre at events while feeding market feedback to guide product strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong physical security expertise in PACS and VMS.
• Solid foundation in networking, operating systems, databases, and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
• Degree in CS/Cyber Security/Engineering or equivalent experience; industry certifications like CISSP/CCNA are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements with tailored demonstrations and workshops for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Manage and execute PoCs with defined success criteria.
• Develop solution architectures, BOMs, diagrams, and integration designs.
• Support bid/tender activities with technical content for RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Train and enable channel partners and system integrators on product capabilities and security requirements.
• Represent Acre at industry events, trade shows, and partner events.
• Provide market and customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Support teams to shape product development and regional strategy.
