Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and review written agreements to fit client requirements.
• Prepare documents for manager review and client sharing.
• Handle customer service requests and manage Codekeeper accounts.
• Set up connections between source code management platforms and assist customers.
• Support sales inquiries via email and website chat.
• Draft reports from information provided by clients.
