Codekeeper is a LegalTech company delivering software escrow for the cloud era, with a remote-first setup and a central office in The Hague. We seek a Paralegal who combines legal precision with client interaction to support customer success and legal drafting tasks.

You will draft agreements, assist customers in utilizing our platform, and help with legal research and reporting. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts is crucial for success.
• Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries.

Responsibilities

• Legal Drafting/Review: draft legal language to fit client requirements and prepare documents for review by a manager.
• Customer Service: handle requests from users/leads about services and Codekeeper accounts, ensuring fast resolution.
• Tech Setup Support: assist customers in connecting their source code management platforms and ensure correct administration on our side.
• Sales Support: engage with leads via email and website chat to explain services and guide them.
• Report Drafting: inspect client-provided information and draft reports to return to customers.
