Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to bridge customer success, legal drafting, and technical support. You will manage customer inquiries, guide onboarding, and coordinate with clients on reports and agreements, ensuring accurate, timely outputs in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have a background in customer success, strong English writing, and comfort drafting legal documents.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries from users and leads, guiding them on account management and services.
• Assist with tech setup, connecting source code management platforms and ensuring proper configuration on Codekeeper's side.
• Support sales by answering questions from leads via email and website chat.
• Draft reports based on client-provided information and send back finalized versions.
• Draft and review legal language for agreements to fit client requirements; coordinate review with manager before sharing with client.
