Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding & Member Success Coach to support new corporate learners across a digital learning platform. You will lead personalized onboarding sessions, introduce platform features, and guide members toward relevant training opportunities.

This is a flexible, fully remote freelance opportunity based in the Netherlands, with a focus on welcoming new members and driving engagement and satisfaction. Collaboration with a people-centric team is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and genuine interest in helping people access learning opportunities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with initiative and follow-through.
• Basic proficiency with digital platforms and online tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to learning needs.
• Reliable, organized, able to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
• Nice to have: coaching/onboarding/training/customer success experience.
• Nice to have: familiarity with LMS, HR tech, SaaS, or digital training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding and coaching sessions with new members to introduce them to the platform and its learning opportunities.
• Guide users through the platform, explain its features, and help them identify relevant training courses based on their interests and development goals.
• Encourage member engagement and activation by motivating users to explore available resources and book their first training session.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members during their onboarding experience, providing timely guidance and support.
• Understand individual learning preferences and challenges, adapting communication and recommendations to different user needs.
• Identify onboarding difficulties and engagement barriers, sharing actionable feedback with internal teams to improve the member experience.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment where every member feels welcomed, informed, and motivated.
