You will engage with prospective clients, understand their aspirations, and present relevant opportunities through consultative conversations.

You will work remotely, manage your own activities, and benefit from mentorship within an international community.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional experience in business development, consulting, sales, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for trust-building and conversations.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with independent work discipline.
• Genuine interest in leadership, learning, personal development, and growth.
• Confidence with digital communication platforms and willingness to learn established systems.

Responsabilidades

• Apply marketing strategies and development systems to generate interest in programs.
• Identify and connect with prospective clients through networking and consultative conversations.
• Understand client goals to identify relevant program opportunities.
• Present leadership and development programs and guide evaluation processes.
• Build and maintain professional relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up.
• Manage your own business development activities and schedule toward performance objectives.
