Job summary

Virtuagym is growing and we are seeking an Onboarding Consultant for our international team. You will be the first point of contact for local clients in the DACH and international markets, guiding them through the software and ensuring early value and adoption.

Based in Amsterdam with a remote-friendly culture, you will manage onboarding for new customers, host 1:1 sessions, and drive customer success while collaborating with the team and leveraging your language skills in English and German.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client communications via phone, email or chat.
• Fluent in English and German (native-level).
• Comfortable working with high autonomy and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Onboard starting clients, advising on software implementation from A to Z.
• Host 1:1 consulting sessions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively reach out to ensure goals are met and value is delivered.
