Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Lab Filtration and OEM Specialist to drive standard and custom filtration sales across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The role focuses on new and recurring custom business with biotech, academic, pharma and industrial customers.

The position reports to the European Lab Filtration Sales Manager and is fully remote to cover the specified region. Expect travel, field-based activity, and close collaboration with distributors and sales teams.

Qualifications

• +3 years of consultative sales experience in filtration or related field.
• Willingness to travel within geographic region with occasional overnight stays.
• Strong interpersonal, time management and prioritization skills; able to work independently or with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lab Filtration and OEM/Custom Lab filtration sales to biotech, academic, pharma and industrial customers in Belgium, NL and Luxembourg.
• Manage direct and indirect strategy with DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists.
• Create end-user demand and spend 70% of time in the field.
• Motivate and support distributors to promote Lab filtration ranges in named key accounts.
• Negotiate sales and close deals with key decision makers.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products.
• Use CRM (Salesforce.com) to ensure transparency and total customer management.
• Analyze customer data to develop financially sound sales solutions.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
