Job summary

Donaldson Company seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth across the Netherlands. You will sell industrial air filtration systems, support resellers, OEMs, and end customers, and manage a growing customer base from home or client sites.

You will consult on customized solutions with project engineering and internal teams, travel up to 40%, and build lasting partnerships through proactive communication and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or vocational training, preferably with a technical background
• Several years of sales experience with technical, consultative products
• Fluent Dutch and good English skills
• High willingness to travel and strong enthusiasm for direct customer contact
• Residence within the assigned sales territory and ability to work from home

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for sustainable and profitable revenue growth within your sales territory
• Active sales of industrial air filtration systems, dust collection, and related services
• Independent management, development, and expansion of your customer base (resellers, OEMs, end users)
• Technical consultation of customers and development of customized solutions in close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., project engineering)
• Identification and development of new market segments to strengthen market presence
• Establishment of long-term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service
• CRM-supported sales management, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and documentation of all sales activities
• Close collaboration with internal project and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of customer projects
• Travel: up to 40%
