Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Lab Filtration and OEM Specialist to drive standard and custom filtration business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The role is fully remote and requires strong field presence, distributor motivation and deep Cytiva product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in filtration applications, products and consultative sales.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in related field.
• Willingness to travel within the specified region with occasional overnight stays.
• Strong interpersonal, time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lab Filtration OEM/Custom business for Belgium, NL and Luxembourg.
• Spend at least 70% of time in the field.
• Motivate and support distributors to promote Lab filtration ranges.
• Negotiate sales and close deals with key influencers and buyers.
• Maintain high product knowledge of Cytiva and competitors.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to manage opportunities and customer data.
• Develop financially sound sales solutions from customer data.
