Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Lab Filtration and OEM Specialist to drive the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, focusing on both new and recurring custom work. The role is fully remote to cover BENELUX and requires extensive field selling, distributor motivation, and collaboration with DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists.

Qualifications

Degreed professional with +3 years of consultative sales experience.
Willingness to travel within your geographic region with occasional overnight stays plus valid driving license
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated and proven ability for time management and prioritization, performing multiple tasks simultaneously, and working independently as well as with a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
Experience in working with distributors preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage Lab Filtration sales strategy with DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists.
Spend at least 70% of time in the field.
Motivate, encourage and support distributors to promote Lab filtration ranges in named key accounts.
Sales negotiation and deal closure, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as direct users and decision makers.
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products.
Actively use CRM system (Salesforce.com) to ensure transparency and total customer management.
Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions.
Prioritization and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience of presentations to promote new business growth.
