Job summary

Epassi is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to own the Netherlands IT operations, ensuring high availability and secure, optimized Microsoft 365 and Google environments. You will drive IT process improvements across the group, contribute to migrations and rollouts, and collaborate with colleagues across Europe while delivering clear, user-focused support and documentation.

You’ll work with stakeholders at all levels, maintain ISO 27001 compliance, and help scale our IT services as Epassi grows

Qualifications

• Completed IT training or degree in IT systems integration or equivalent.
• Several years of hands-on system administration experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra, SharePoint, Exchange, Defender, Intune) and Google Cloud.
• Experience with end-user support and ticket systems; Confluence/Jira is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or equivalent IT security framework.
• Experience supporting or leading IT migrations and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day IT operations for the Netherlands site, ensuring high availability and reliability of all local systems
• Administer and continuously optimise the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra, SharePoint, Exchange, Defender, and Intune, as well as Google Cloud Administration
• Manage device, user, and permission management across M365/Entra and Google
• Maintain IT security standards in line with ISO 27001 requirements and internal compliance guidelines
• Support IT project work, rollouts, and migrations with forward-looking, scalable solutions and concepts
• Connect and integrate new systems into the existing environment and contribute to process optimisations and automations group-wide
• Maintain high ticket quality and thorough documentation of systems and processes
