Jobgether SRL in the Netherlands seeks a DevOps Customer Support Engineer to troubleshoot infrastructure and IaC challenges in a fully remote, international environment. You will work with cloud infrastructure and customer support, helping engineering teams maintain reliable workflows across SaaS and self-hosted deployments.

The role requires strong problem-solving, cloud and Linux skills, and excellent English communication to guide customers through configuration, networking, and deployment

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with DevOps tech, IaC, CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Linux experience and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support across Slack, email, tickets, and calls.
• Investigate and reproduce problems from logs and APM traces.
• Troubleshoot SaaS and self-hosted environments incl. TLS and networking.
• Diagnose IaC behavior with Terraform, OpenTofu, and Terragrunt.
• Analyze Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego policies.
• Build relationships with clear communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering with reproducible test cases.
• Manage multiple complex cases with prioritized response times.
• Communicate incidents and migrations clearly to customers.
• Maintain internal docs and knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
