Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Practical experience supporting Windows Server 2016–2025 and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Networking basics and familiarity with security, backups, and endpoint protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across workstations, printers, and standard business apps.
• Manage and maintain server environments running Windows Server 2016–2025.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Support virtualization environments using VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and security measures.
• Deliver high-quality client service and meet performance targets.
