Job summary

Jobgether partner company is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist to support international business activities through contract management, compliance coordination, and legal documentation. The role is based in the Netherlands and is fully remote, offering exposure to global investment structures and cross-border relationships.

You will collaborate with operational and executive teams across regions, maintain templates and records, and coordinate with external counsel as needed,

Qualifications

• A law degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of international commercial contracts and cross-border transactions.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements with vendors, sponsors, business partners, or other commercial stakeholders.
• Excellent English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements including sponsorship, vendor, and partnership contracts.
• Coordinate documentation, due diligence, and compliance procedures.
• Provide timely legal guidance to operational teams and executive stakeholders across regions.
• Maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates and contracts.
• Coordinate with external counsel for specialized advice.
• Support cross-border contractual processes to meet legal and compliance requirements.
• Participate in daily handovers and regional coverage rotations.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure timely legal support.
