Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or Big Four background.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience owning financial performance.
• Proven experience in planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of the BNL business, linking operational KPIs to financial results and presenting a consistent narrative for leadership.
• Analyse performance vs plan and run deep-dives, turning findings into actionable insights, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders as the primary finance contact, guiding decisions and prioritising requests.
• Lead long-term planning, budgeting and forecasting with consistent assumptions and risk flagging.
• Simplify FP&A processes by improving templates, tools and workflows, embedding data tools, AI and automation.
• Run the FP&A calendar (monthly reporting, forecasts, budget, long-term planning) with timeliness and quality.
