Job summary

Advidi is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Commercial Control and FP&A team in the Netherlands. You will drive management reporting, financial modeling, and analysis to enable better commercial decisions and scale FP&A processes across the business.

You will partner with finance and data teams, build robust financial models, and perform variance and scenario analyses to support leadership. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration, and a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (MBA/Finance/Economics).
• 5+ years experience in FP&A or Controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build dynamic models.
• Familiarity with Looker or similar data tools.
• Strong communication and a commercial mindset with collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and currently residing in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and forecasting: end-of-month/quarter/year performance to leadership and board.
• Budgeting support and quarterly estimates.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models translating strategy into numbers.
• Scenario modeling to assess financial impact of changes.
• Ensure data quality and thorough checks across tasks.
