Extreme Networks, Inc. is seeking an Inside Service Sales Representative in the Netherlands to drive service revenue and build lasting client relationships. You will manage renewals, upsell service contracts, and collaborate with partners to expand the customer base.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS/service sales, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong Salesforce/Excel skills. Expect travel up to 25% and a competitive OTE package.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS/Service Sales or Business Development.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch to C-suite.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (report creation/modification) and strong Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive service revenue for the assigned Netherlands territory by managing renewals and upsells.
• Collaborate with Partners to cross-sell and upsell services within the existing client base.
• Create proactive quotes, handle pricing requests, and manage service promotions.
• Coordinate with account teams and ensure data integrity through Salesforce.
• Provide accurate weekly pipeline forecasts and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
