Job summary

Agriplace is seeking an in-house Recruiter in Amsterdam to build the recruitment process from scratch and drive hiring at speed as we scale. You will source and approach great candidates who aren’t actively looking, across sales, customer success, product and engineering.

You’ll run multiple hiring processes in parallel, hold leaders to timelines, and use metrics to improve time-to-hire. Remote-friendly with strong collaboration in a start-up/scale-up culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a recruiter, in-house or agency, with SaaS or tech hires across roles.
• Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• German and/or Dutch language skills are a strong plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the recruitment process from scratch, including steps, templates and scorecards.
• Sourcing and approaching candidates across sales, customer success, product and engineering.
• Manage several hiring processes in parallel from role profile to signed offer.
• Hold hiring managers to timelines and provide fast feedback.
• Track metrics like time to hire and source effectiveness to optimize hiring.
• Support People & Culture with in-house events and office life during quieter periods.
