The role

As Recruitment Specialist at Agurotech, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding new colleagues. You will play a key role in scaling our organization and shaping the future of our team.

Your responsibilities

• Writing and publishing job openings
• Actively sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting initial interviews
• Selecting and guiding candidates through the hiring process
• Coordinating and improving the onboarding of new hires
• Working closely with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs

Your profile

• You have experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
• You enjoy connecting with people and identifying talent
• You are proactive, structured, and communicatively strong
• You are comfortable working independently and in a fast‑paced startup environment
• You speak and write English fluently (Dutch is a plus)
• Affinity with technology, startups, or sustainability is a plus
