Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core HR workflows (descriptions, letters, policies, templates)
• Support headcount and compensation trackers and related communications
