• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers
• Lead writing and revision of job descriptions, offer letters, HR policies, and performance-review materials
• Ensure high-quality, precise documents across docs, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in HR processes
