We're seeking HR operations leads with 4+ years of experience to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role is fully remote, requires 5-20 hours per week, and can start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents across core workflows.
• Draft job descriptions, offer letters, HR policies, and performance-review templates.
• Support headcount and compensation discussions and maintain accuracy in communications.
