• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable product insights and journey maps.
• Design research studies, interviews, usability tests, and surveys to inform product decisions.
