Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of document production to help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will review, proof, and quality-check outputs before executive or client delivery to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

We offer a fully remote schedule with start ASAP and a flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review, proof, and quality-check business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before external delivery
• Create and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows and maintain cross-document consistency
• Audit formulas, links, and formatting across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
