Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate strategy professionals to help train a leading AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks.

We’re targeting strategy managers and directors with 4+ years in a corporate strategy team, ideally ex-MBB/Big 4, who can create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across key workflows, including annual strategy decks and CEO/board materials. Flexible remote schedule and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a corporate strategy team at a significant company (ex-MBB/Big 4 a plus)
• Track record of producing CEO- and board-level strategy materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Help train our AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as annual strategy reviews, market landscapes, growth initiatives, competitive intelligence, CEO/board materials, and OKR/portfolio reviews.
