Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced director of product management to help train a leading language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

The role requires 4+ years owning PRDs, roadmaps, and go-to-market launches, with exceptional written communication and document craftsmanship. This is a fully remote, flexible, part-time engagement at about 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Own full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Design/read A/B test experiment readouts and translate results into shipped product decisions.
• Craft high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Collaborate to translate test results and research into practical product decisions and updates.
