Job summary

Ethos is hiring experienced consulting deck specialists to build strategy decks and executive presentations for AI training programs. You will complete full-deck builds from a blank page, lead storyline workshops, and refine investor or board materials across core workflows.

The role is freelance, fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week), and compensation is $80 per hour. A background in consulting or banking and a strong client deck portfolio are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional deck-building, preferably with ex-consulting or ex-banking background.
• Portfolio of client presentations delivered as a consulting deck specialist.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create strategy decks and executive presentations for clients.
• Build full-deck sets from a blank page and run storyline workshops.
• Restructure and clean up decks; rewrite executive summaries; prepare investor or board materials.
