Job summary

Ethos is seeking an engagement manager to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the creation and refinement of client-ready materials, including strategy decks and executive summaries, leveraging structured frameworks and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks and operating model redesign; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks for client-ready delivery.
• Develop strategy decks and executive materials for steering committees and key stakeholders.
• Synthesize stakeholder interviews and design implementation roadmaps and change playbooks.
