Job summary

Talantir is seeking a visionary CTO to lead our engineering organization in a high-load fintech SaaS context. You will shape architecture, governance, and delivery while building a culture of responsibility and ownership across engineering teams.

You will drive reliability, observability, and incident response, mentoring tech leads and overseeing cyber security, disaster recovery, and cost-efficient infrastructure. Remote work is offered to support global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Principal Architect in a high-load SaaS/fintech environment.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices, scalable in production.
• Strong hands-on development background in Go and Python; practical engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architectural strategy with governance (RFCs, tech radar, vendor eval).
• Lead evolution of a high-load event-driven platform focusing on scalability and resilience.
• Own reliability, incident management, observability, and SRE practices.
