Partner Company in the Netherlands seeks a Technical Chief of Staff to support the CTO in turning technical priorities into coordinated execution. You will work with senior engineering leadership to translate decisions into concrete plans, assign ownership, and track progress across multiple teams.

You will help identify blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum while avoiding bureaucracy. This high-trust role offers autonomy, exposure to strategic initiatives, and a tangible impact

Qualificações

• Experience in software engineering or technical program management within a technology-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of web infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development.
• Ability to translate complex technical discussions into clear actions and ownership.
• Experience coordinating technical teams, managing dependencies, driving execution.
• Excellent written communication, planning, and follow-through.
• Confidence to challenge delays and hold stakeholders accountable with diplomacy.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with CTO priorities.
• Background in cybersecurity, bot mitigation, fraud prevention, or internet infra is valuable.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitLab or similar tools.
• Experience with senior technical leadership in a fast-growing tech org is a plus.
• Ability to support technical leadership without owning every decision.

Responsabilidades

• Translate CTO priorities into actionable plans, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between CTO, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Track engineering initiatives using Jira; monitor milestones and blockers.
• Prepare technical documentation, decision records, and project updates.
• Facilitate engineering discussions; capture decisions and next steps.
• Identify delays and dependencies; challenge teams constructively.
• Establish lightweight coordination and reporting practices.
• Provide operational support to the CTO's organization; enable architecture focus.
• Ensure alignment of priorities with broader engineering strategy.
