UAB-Online is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead a 10-person in-house team and shape how we build our SaaS platform for global terminals and vessels. You will guide architecture, elevate technical quality, and drive agentic, AI-assisted development on C#/.NET, Vue.js/TypeScript, Azure and Kubernetes.

• Experience leading an engineering team and shaping architecture.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality software in a SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop engineers across seniority levels.
• Own hiring, performance reviews and career development.
• Define squads and cross-functional ways of working.
• Improve delivery flow, throughput and quality without burnout.
• Set architecture standards, testing, security and observability.
• Review architecture and guide technical decisions without writing production features daily.
• Lead AI-assisted software development and AI workflow integration.
• Collaborate with Product and COO on scope, capacity and risk trade-offs.
