Jobgether SRL is partnering to hire an Events Marketing Manager based in the Netherlands. You will lead the regional events strategy for EMEA, spanning field events, sponsored conferences, customer experiences, and monthly webinars.

You’ll work with Marketing, Sales, Content, Design, and Partnerships to create locally relevant experiences that drive engagement and pipeline. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong project management, and the ability to balance in-person and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in event marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience planning and delivering in-person and virtual events across EMEA.
• Proven ability to run webinars end-to-end and manage a busy calendar.
• Strong PM, org skills, and ability to handle multiple time zones.
• Collaborates with Sales to support lead follow-up and pipeline.
• Familiar with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the EMEA events calendar, including field events and conferences.
• Define objectives, audiences, formats, budgets, and success metrics.
• Evaluate sponsorships, speaking engagements, and formats for impact.
• Coordinate venue, vendors, timelines, speaker prep, and on-site support.
• Develop event materials with cross-functional teams for consistency.
• Plan ~1 EMEA webinar per month with topic design, speakers, and follow-up.
