Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering to fill an FP&A Lead role in the Netherlands. You will own central financial planning and analysis for a fast-scaling AI company, building the consolidated model, leading budgeting/forecasting, and delivering monthly executive reporting.

You’ll translate data into actionable narratives for the CFO, CEO, and board, guiding strategic investments and IPO readiness. You will collaborate with commercial, product, and compute finance teams, driving disciplined financial

Qualifications

• Experience building driver-based models to guide decisions.
• Leadership of annual budgets and reforecast cycles.
• Ability to translate data into clear narratives for execs/board.
• Strong judgment on unit economics and investments.
• Hands-on with Pigment, Anaplan or similar FP&A tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a driver-based consolidated model.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasts end to end.
• Provide monthly reporting and executive decision support.
• Evaluate investments and resource allocations.
• Shape planning processes for IPO readiness.
