Job summary
ABB E-mobility B.V. is seeking a Head of Business Finance to drive strategic FP&A, performance management and value creation across an international finance team.
You will partner with the CFO and leadership, turning data into actionable insights and shaping the future of finance with AI and automation. You will own budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and reporting, translating complex data into clear recommendations that impact revenue, margins and cash flow while building scalable
Qualifications
- Significant FP&A, business finance or commercial finance experience including leading international teams.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin, Engineering, Data/Analytics or related field; CFA/CPA/ACCA/MBA a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning with high-quality variance analysis.
- Provide fact-based insights on performance, risks and value drivers to CFO and leadership.
- Translate financial analysis into concrete recommendations to improve revenue, margin and cash flow.
- Transform finance through data analytics, automation and AI to reduce manual reporting.
- Coach and develop an international team of Finance Business Partners and FP&A professionals.
