Job summary

Finatal in Amsterdam (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior FP&A leader to drive group planning, forecasting and long-term financial strategy.

You will partner with leadership on pricing, profitability, resource allocation and investment, connect ARR/NRR with growth and cash flow, and support acquisitions and value initiatives.

Reporting to the CFO, you will shape how the international group measures performance and build a commercially focused finance team for the next growth phase.

Qualifications

• Senior FP&A leadership in software/SaaS or technology.
• Experience with PE-backed international businesses.
• Forecasting improvements and influencing commercial outcomes.
• Hands-on with senior stakeholder accountability and leadership.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead Group FP&A and Business Control, bringing sharper commercial insight and greater accountability to the next phase of its value creation journey.
