- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise deals.
- Experience working across multiple countries in the Nordics or BeNeLux.
- Professional fluency in English, with additional regional language skills a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Solutions Engineers supporting Enterprise accounts.
- Drive value-based selling and ensure team delivers exceptional solutions.
- Manage team operations, forecasting, and metrics effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
