Job summary

European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a B2B Partner Operations Specialist to serve as a trusted operational partner to member banks and payment partners. You will provide timely, high-quality support, contribute to product and support experience improvements, and uphold a remote-first culture with quarterly in-person meetups.

You will collaborate with technical and operational colleagues to ensure confidence in EPI's ecosystem, report to the Manager of Customer Support, and help drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B partner support or client-facing operations role.
• Strong written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience building relationships with banks/PSPs and running reviews.
• Ability to present data and operational insights to stakeholders.
• Proficient data analysis to identify trends with evidence-based reporting.
• Collaborative, proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Service Relationship Management: primary contact for member banks and B2B partners.
• Case Management & SLO Ownership: manage support cases in Jira Service Desk with root-cause focus.
• Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: analyze support data and KPIs with Databricks.
• Member Bank Communication & Advisory Lead: communicate during incidents and changes.
• Issue Escalation & Resolution: escalate and coordinate resolution during major incidents.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with second- and third-line teams for improvements.
• Operational Onboarding: assist onboarding and RBAC access for banks.
• Knowledge Sharing & Quality: keep knowledge base updated and efficient processes.
