Job summary

European Payments Initiative (EPI) is hiring for an Operations-focused role in a remote-first, European context. You will help implement an operational performance framework, track KPIs, and prepare board-ready materials. You will support audits, document governance, and cross‑team collaboration across EPI and its members and vendors.

You will report to the Head of Operational Excellence and join a multicultural, fast-growing environment with a strong emphasis on service quality and resilience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, service delivery, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; project management cert a plus.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Remote work ability with autonomy and collaboration.
• Experience tracking KPIs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Help implement and maintain an operational performance framework with KPIs and SLAs.
• Track performance, risks and opportunities across EPI, members and vendors.
• Prepare materials for service reviews, board reporting and stakeholders.
• Lead document reviews and reorganize the document library.
• Follow up on internal audits and coordinate improvement actions.
• Support escalations by gathering information for resolution.
