Job summary

ABC People partners with a fast-growing fintech scale-up reshaping the payments industry in Amsterdam. As Operational Specialist, you’ll be the link between Sales, Support, and our distributor network reporting directly to the COO, analyzing and improving processes and training partners to keep payments running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational role in fintech, IT, payments, or similar sector.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into concrete improvements.
• Excellent communication across Sales, Support, partners, and the COO.
• Experience training partners and negotiating with distributors.
• Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Solid Excel skills and HubSpot CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Sales and Support for smooth collaboration.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize payment processes.
• Drive process improvements with the COO.
• Train partners and distributors on payment products.
• Manage distributor relationships and negotiate terms.
