The role is hands-on in leadership, ensuring accounts meet operational needs and KPIs while staying ahead of bans and performance targets.

The position is fully remote with collaboration across a fast-paced international team, opportunities for growth, and a focus on building efficient systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in preparing and managing Facebook advertising accounts.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads accounts and requirements for managing them.
• Knowledge of common reasons for account bans and ways to improve stability.
• Independent, proactive, and accountable with a results-focused mindset.
• Able to respond quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare Facebook accounts for advertising campaigns.
• Provide media buyers with accounts according to needs and KPIs.
• Monitor account quality, stability, and lifetime for reliable operations.
• Oversee team workflows and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate account records and update statuses promptly.
• Investigate account bans and propose improvements to stability.
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and respond to the team’s needs.
