Jobgether in the Netherlands seeks an AI Growth Manager Ads to lead paid acquisition for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform. You will own Meta/Google Ads, build an AI-powered operating system, and drive revenue growth with a high-volume creative engine.

You will test new channels, optimize funnels, and ensure reliable tracking. Fluent English is essential for cross-functional collaboration and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success scaling paid acquisition for a subscription app or high-growth SaaS.
• Experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with revenue focus.
• Ability to produce and test hundreds of creatives monthly with a scalable process.
• Practical AI tools and automation experience in marketing workflows.
• Full-stack growth capability to build landing pages and run tests.
• Strong commercial focus on CAC, LTV, payback and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta and Google.
• Scale annual ad spend toward $2M with strong unit economics.
• Build an AI-powered advertising operating system with automation.
• Develop a high-volume creative engine and testing framework.
• Create compelling, audience-specific ad concepts and hooks.
• Expand to YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Own landing pages and run independent A/B tests.
• Ensure reliable tracking and attribution across platforms.
• Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, Website, Influence, and GTM teams.
• Share insights weekly and build reusable playbooks.
