Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an In-App Media Buyer to drive user acquisition for iOS and Android WebView apps in the iGaming space. You will manage sizable daily budgets, optimize ROAS, and work with Unity Ads, Kayzen, and Moloco to scale profitable traffic across European markets.

Join a fully remote, international team and leverage advanced analytics and testing to continuously improve campaign performance and long-term revenue.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on in-app advertising experience in the iGaming industry.
• Recent experience (last 6 months) running campaigns on Unity Ads, Kayzen or Moloco.
• Budget management of $1,500+ per day with scale and control of costs.
• Strong understanding of in-app user acquisition for WebView apps in iGaming.
• Comfort with numerical data, performance metrics and cohort analysis.
• Experience designing, running and interpreting A/B tests for ad campaigns.
• ROAS-focused mindset considering initial and long-term deposits.
• Data-driven decision making using analytics tools and cohort insights.
• Collaborative, proactive communicator across creative, technical and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage in-app campaigns for iOS and Android WebView in the iGaming vertical.
• Manage campaigns across in-app networks, leveraging Unity Ads, Kayzen, and Moloco to identify scalable profitable sources.
• Oversee daily budgets of at least $1,500 and optimize spend while maintaining acquisition efficiency.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and optimize deposit costs and overall performance.
• Collaborate with designers to develop distinctive creatives and compelling offers.
• Design and run structured A/B tests across creatives and configurations.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, considering initial and subsequent deposits and long-term value.
• Use analytics and cohort analysis to inform scaling and budgeting decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams internationally to improve campaign execution.
