Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, focused on paid user acquisition for consumer or mobile apps.
• Budgets exceeding $100,000 per month under direct management.
• TikTok Ads campaigns with at least $50,000/month invested.
• Experience marketing a consumer subscription app outside e‑commerce, gaming, or fintech.
• Experience in developing, briefing, testing, and optimizing UGC-style ads using performance data.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid user acquisition for a global consumer subscription app across international markets.
• Lead TikTok Ads campaigns and optimize budgets, targeting, testing, and performance.
• Coordinate paid acquisition across TikTok, Meta, Google, UAC, and Apple Search Ads.
