Jobgether is seeking a Team Lead Dating Media Buying to manage and scale high-budget campaigns across multiple sources, while mentoring a growing team. You will drive growth strategies, analyze performance data, and collaborate with BI, Product, and Creative teams in a remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and optimization, with opportunities to influence international campaigns and revenue growth while maintaining strong ROI.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in media buying or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success scaling high-spend campaigns with strong ROI.
• Strong analytical and data-driven optimization skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop a team.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Familiarity with CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA pricing models.
• Experience with BI tools or dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Own, launch, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns across sources, geographies, and verticals.
• Develop growth strategies and test new campaigns, funnels, and traffic sources.
• Use data trends to guide decisions and optimize performance.
• Build relationships with advertising partners and negotiate favorable deals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop media buyers with clear KPIs.
• Improve workflows and campaign structures for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with BI, Product, and Creative teams to maximize impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changing platform rules.
