Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Ads Manager to own paid advertising campaigns for a finance-focused podcast. You will design, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok to grow audiences and generate revenue through premium dossiers and partner offers.

You will implement robust tracking, report on performance, and collaborate with the podcast host to ensure alignment with audience and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to provide concrete campaign performance data (e.g., CP S, CPL, ROAS).
• Knowledge of audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization.
• Familiarity with tracking and attribution in paid media across multiple platforms.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently on campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google, and TikTok.
• Drive podcast growth by increasing subscriptions, views, and newsletter registrations.
• Generate revenue through premium dossiers and partner offers promotions.
• Develop and test audience segments, formats, messages, and budgets.
• Monitor performance and pause/scale campaigns based on results.
• Create campaigns using weekly podcast content (episodes, trailers, clips).
• Set up and maintain tracking for performance, conversions, and revenue attribution.
• Optimize campaigns against KPIs including CPSubscriber, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Begin with small test budgets and scale to ~€4,000 monthly budget as targets are met.
• Provide concise monthly performance reports covering costs, growth, conversions, and revenue.
• Collaborate with the podcast host to align strategy with audience and business goals.
