Job summary

AdNexo, a global performance marketing company, is seeking an experienced Google Media Buyer to establish and lead our Google Ads function. You will own account setup, strategy, launch, optimisation, and testing to drive revenue growth and higher FTDs, working independently within a fast-growing team.

You will collaborate with management to shape the channel's strategy, monitor performance with tools like GA4 and Voluum, and scale campaigns across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven Google Ads media buying experience in the adult vertical.
• Strong hands-on experience setting up, managing and scaling profitable Google Ads campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads campaign types, bidding strategies, targeting and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Google Ads function, including account setup and campaign structures.
• Develop, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and other channels.
• Continuously optimise campaigns, budgets, bidding strategies and targeting to maximise ROI and increase FTDs.
• Develop and test ad creatives, copy, landing pages and campaign variations.
• Manage both highly targeted campaigns and large-scale media buying activities.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads, Voluum and other tools.
• Collaborate with management to evaluate offers and scale profitable campaigns.
