Job summary

Wundermart in Amsterdam is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the frontline for customers and partners, solving issues and helping them get the most from our platform.

Key duties include remote troubleshooting of ERP and POS systems, ticket tracking, and occasional on-site visits. You should speak Dutch and English fluently, have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, and enjoy solving problems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication.
• Experience handling a high volume of calls/messages via a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Remote support for troubleshooting and maintenance of ERP and POS systems, with on-site visits when necessary.
• Track incoming tickets from customers and partners to ensure proper handling.
• Follow up on partner and customer requests and involve colleagues at the right time.
• POS hardware preparations and configurations.
