Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth based in the Netherlands to prospect and grow existing business across the Benelux region. You will identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and close deals for Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

You’ll manage forecasts in Salesforce, participate in a consultative sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This remote-first role offers competitive pay, RSUs, and a global, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Top 10% performer in a highly competitive environment.
• Excellent communication across channels (in person, online, writing).

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to account management.
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce and handle quotes & orders.
