Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the NEMEA region to build and lead a high-performing team of Solution Engineers, owning regional enablement and collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive adoption of Grafana OSS and cloud products. You will ensure successful customer outcomes post-sale through professional services, support and training.

Qualifications

5–10 years in the high tech industry with roles such as Developer, Architect, or Manager.
Experience leading a remote-first startup environment and mentoring others.
Open Source or Cloud-first GTM experience; MEDDPICC knowledge is a plus.
Fluent English; a second European language is preferred.
Located in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a team of Presales SEs from diverse backgrounds.
Balance field responsibilities with team needs using servant leadership.
Direct planning and outcomes for the region in collaboration with leadership.
Partner with Benelux/NEMEA Sales on programs, marketing and events to drive adoption.
Executive sponsorship of key regional accounts and thought leadership with customers.
Ensure product alignment with customer needs through PM/Engineering collaboration.
Own quarterly cadence of the team with demos, trials and POVs.
Drive enablement and sell with channel partners at local and global levels.
